I’d recommend selecting the “choose to refuse” option. It’s roughly £3.75 a week but honestly, it’s worth every penny just to put an end to these persistent pests ringing me up. Apparently, this so-called debt has been handed off to Blair Oliver and Scott. Those folks had no luck at all. Now it seems it’s landed with Robinson Way Ltd, the biggest group of muppets you could imagine. And now it’s onto Westcocks—oops, I meant Westcots!

I've been inundated with calls from this number, or ones that are very similar, beginning with 014, and it's becoming rather tiresome. Whenever I do answer, there's either silence on the line or the caller abruptly disconnects. I'm quite hesitant to return the calls, as I'm apprehensive that it might be one of those dodgy numbers that incur hefty charges when you ring back. In fact, we don't even bother answering the phone anymore upon seeing the number, as it's all just incredibly irritating. Is there a way to block this number from contacting me?

I've encountered these nuisances twice already this week! They let the voicemail start up but then remain utterly mute, keeping the line engaged unnecessarily for ages. There was definitely someone on the other side, yet they failed to utter a single word. It's infuriating! BT seems completely uninterested in addressing the issue, and when I reached out to the police, they informed me that they need to witness ongoing harassment before they can take action.
