I informed him several times that I was merely a tenant, yet he persisted in asking if the owner was available. After repeating myself, he abruptly hung up on me, which was rather discourteous. It's unfortunate that my own city is filled with such nuisance calls. I’m already registered with the TPS and Worldwide CPR, but it appears to be of no use whatsoever. Additionally, I’m on the ex-directory list too!
