They claimed to be from waterplus and said they could switch our billing from quarterly to monthly. They’ve rung us up four times already and before, they asked for our water meter number.

Got a call from 01482 489792 saying they were from waterplus, telling me to update payment info for my account. They knew my postcode and told me to look up their details on the waterplus site, but I couldn’t find anything there. Seems a bit fishy to me!
