A number I didn’t recognise called me, so I let it go to voicemail, but when there was nothing left, I decided to just block it.

Got a call from someone saying they were from a broadband provider. I told them I’d just signed up for a great offer and didn’t want to change anything. He kept pushing and said he had an even better deal, claiming they were operating nearby, but then he blurted out an address I hadn’t lived at for about eight years! Seems dodgy to me, especially since my number’s on the TPS list, so they really shouldn’t be ringing me at all.
