Got a call from a woman with perfect English who said she was from BT. She claimed my phone line was about to be cut off and told me to press 1 to reach BT Customer Service. I just ended the call straight away. Definitely don't press 1, it's a scam.

Got a call from someone claiming they were from BT, but it felt really dodgy. They tried to get my details and said there was a problem with my account. Didn’t fall for it and just hung up. Sounds like a scam to me!
