Picked up the phone and all I got was a ringing sound before someone came on the line. The guy said he was from DNA Payments and asked to speak with whoever manages our card terminals. When I asked what it was about, he said he just wanted to say hello and see if they could offer a better deal or something. I wasn’t really interested, and to be honest, he didn’t make it very clear what exactly they were trying to pitch.

I honestly can’t tell if it’s some kind of prank or what. Every time I pick up, they just hang up straight away. I’ve blocked the number but then another one pops up and does the exact same thing. It’s nonstop and really annoying.

Got a call on our TPS blocked number from someone claiming to be with DNA. They wanted to talk to the business owner, which I explained meant the shareholders. I asked him what the call was regarding, thinking maybe they were a genuine client. At first, he was a bit evasive but eventually fessed up it was just a sales pitch for card payment services, so basically spam.

I recently had a right kerfuffle with some numpties from a company called DNA. They seem to specialise in giving dodgy reviews to businesses in an effort to reduce their rates. Honestly, it's laughable! They only allow the phone to ring two or three times at most-barely enough time for me to even get my trousers on! It’s infuriating how these people operate, as if we’re all poised with the phone glued to our ears, just itching to pick up before they scarper. They’re nothing short of a pest! Best to block them and flag them as spam! That ought to show them!
