I didn’t answer the call at first, so decided to call back. Turns out it was something about a government energy efficiency programme. Funny thing is, we’re getting a new boiler and double glazed windows put in right now, and we're covering the costs ourselves after waiting ages - like 18 months - for some other dodgy company who never showed up! Honestly, just block that number and don’t fall for these scams.
