Yesterday, on the 29th of June 2021, I got a recorded call from 01482 354949 saying money had been withdrawn from my bank account. They gave different options to press, but I just didn’t bother. I called my bank straight away and they said everything was fine with my account. Then today, another almost identical message came through, but from 01482 344820, which I also just ignored.

I received calls from two numbers, 01482 354949 yesterday and 01482 344820 today. Both left almost identical messages claiming that funds had been withdrawn from my bank account, presenting me with a range of options to choose from-buttons to press, which I resolutely ignored. I contacted my bank yesterday and confirmed everything was in order, so I didn’t see the need to follow up today.
