I got a call from someone saying they were with Microsoft, accusing me of some illegal stuff on my PC. When I asked for a contact number to call back, the bloke refused. Then I tried to speak to his manager, who then took over the call. Neither of them would provide the info I requested, and they were quite rude about it. They also wouldn’t give me any sort of ID number. The number they called from was 01482 354870, around 2:10 pm.

They called claiming to be from HMRC, saying I was entitled to a refund. I just put the phone down straight away.

I just got a call from some robotic English lady saying £400 has been taken from my Amazon account. She told me to press 1 to stop it (which I bet is just a trick to steal your banking info) or press 2 for other options, just a load of rubbish really.
