Got the exact call today, like the one mentioned below. Just a heads up, it’s a total scam. They rang about some credit card activity - said there was a £400 charge at Currys and a £1300 foreign transaction. They made you press 1 to confirm or 2 to cancel. Definitely one of those dodgy scam calls.

Got a call about some credit card stuff, they said there was £1300 spent abroad and £400 at Curry’s. They asked me to press 1 if it was me or 2 to cancel. Pretty sure it was just another scam.

I got a call on my home phone and when I picked up, the person thanked me for an Amazon order. I never actually bought anything from Amazon recently, so I just ended the call without listening to what they had to say next.
