I just got a call on my mobile from the Quay NHS about booking some doctor’s appointments.

I picked up the phone and caught a lady's voice but they just ended the call right away. Seems like they’re trying to talk to whoever picks up first since they ring loads of people all at once. It’s really stressful for me because my dad lives in that area code and he’s quite elderly. I live close by, so whenever I get a call from that code, it really worries me. Can someone please identify and call out this number?
