Got a call from a guy with an Asian accent saying he was from some sort of security team. He told me there was weird stuff happening with my account and to look at my emails. Somebody rang up pretending to be from Amazon's fraud team, saying there was a charge of over £700 on my wife's Amazon account. Ended the call pretty quick, didn’t bother hearing any more rubbish. It made no sense for Amazon Security to ring me about my account using a number they don’t even have.

Got a call from 014823178623 on 17th May 2023 around 2:27 pm. I didn’t pick up and when my answering machine started, they just hung up. Feels like a scam or maybe some kind of harassment. Anyone else got this?

Got a call claiming to be Amazon regarding an order I never placed. Pretty obvious it was a scam, so I just ended the call.

Got a call from 01482317623 but didn't pick up, and no voicemail was left either.

I just received a call from a chap purporting to be with Amazon's security department! He inquired whether I was near my computer, mentioning he wanted to inspect my emails. Oddly enough, he didn’t request my name nor provide any specifics. I decided to hang up straight away.

There was quite a bit of noise in the background. When I requested to speak with Mr Michael Wasley, they just ended the call after I asked what it was regarding.
