Upon picking up the call, I was greeted by a robotic voice blathering on about some sort of technical glitch and medical stuff. It then provided me with an entirely different number to return the call to. Quite curious, I must say!

As someone living with MS and facing disabilities, it’s particularly frustrating that I keep receiving calls from this number. I’ve even had a couple of unfortunate falls while attempting to pick up the phone. Being ex-directory, I genuinely believe that the only individuals reaching out should be those I know personally. Please, for the love of all that’s good, can you cease these calls?
