11 yearsThey've been ringing me nonstop for the last three weeks, sometimes twice or even thrice daily, even though I’ve clearly said I never had PPI - I've double-checked all my paperwork myself. One of their callers was really cheeky, asking why I wouldn’t accept money that is supposedly owed to me. Spoke with one of their managers today and told him again that my bank has confirmed I never had PPI. He just said banks usually don’t admit it!
