They had the audacity to say they were an accident helpline. When I pressed them for some details, I cheekily asked for their bank information, and to my astonishment, the chap said he could provide his account number if I fancied it! Quite taken aback, I decided to end the conversation there. Utterly impolite and falsely claiming to represent the Motor Insurance Bureau.
