I picked up a call from this number the other day, but the line was so noisy because the person was clearly calling from a busy call centre. On top of that, the caller had a strong Indian accent which made it really hard to catch what he was even trying to say. No clue how they got my phone number in the first place. I've gone ahead and blocked them!

Looks like this number is part of one of those Indian call centres, probably the same ones doing those fake tech support scams or ppi stuff. I’ve already flagged it before. Best to just block it straight away.
