The woman on the phone sounded a lot like a receptionist from my GP’s surgery. She called me by my first name and was really polite, asking about my health and if I needed anything. When I pressed for who she was, she mentioned a name but I can’t recall it now. When I asked how she got my details, she said she worked for some marketing firm. I’ve ended up blocking the number since then.
