I got a letter saying they were going to take debt action over missed payments on a property I own outright. It just didn’t add up at all. I reckon this phone number should be reported to the authorities because it's really harrassing elderly folks like me. Totally unfair!

So, ive just got this letter from Ips Payment Services saying they’re chasing me for unpaid service charges of £397.84. The letter had the phone number 01482225011 for getting in touch and paying over the phone. What really threw me off was there was no info about what the charge was actually for or who their client is. I tried calling the number they gave but after it said my call was being transferred, all i got was a beep and then nothing. If anyone knows what this is about or had the same, please let me know as I’m a bit lost here.
