I received a call this morning, and in a bit of a mix-up, I answered it while expecting an important call from my doctor. The person on the other end started inquiring whether I owned, rented, or resided in a housing association property. I couldn't fathom what that had to do with them, so I simply hung up and added the number to my blocked list. Quite baffling, really!

They were insisting I needed to update my details, but I must admit, I felt uncomfortable. I don’t want to come off as prejudiced, yet they couldn’t even get my name right, which was rather disconcerting. In the end, I decided it was best to just hang up.
