I looked up the number and it turns out it’s actually the Guernsey police. Not sure why they’d ring about a tax matter though. Heard some scammers are able to copy legit numbers like that these days??

Got a call from someone pretending to be police, claiming there’s an issue with my HMRC tax. Complete scam, don’t fall for it!
