so i got calls from this number that appeared on my phone, turns out it's actually the fax line for papworth hospital. they initially call from a private number, but if you don’t pick up, they use this landline number so you can see something rather than just ‘withheld’. obviously, calling back that number doesn’t get you anywhere, you need to reach out to the hospital directly. i found this out after i called the hospital, and while it is a bit annoying, at least they make the effort so you know they’ve been trying to get hold of you.
