Got a call from Virgo Home Improvements Ltd in Bradford. The phone rang silent, from what looked like a local Huntingdon number - which is not legal as silent calls shouldn't be used like that. They were trying to hide where the call was actually coming from by faking the caller ID to look local, to trick people into picking up. On top of that, the number is on the TPS list, so they’re clearly not following the DMA guidelines. Quite dodgy behaviour if you ask me.
