I got a call the other day from someone who wouldn’t explain where they found my number. At first, they insisted it came from LinkedIn, but I told them my number isn’t listed there at all. Then they switched and said they had it from some marketing list but couldn’t actually say which one. The caller said his name was David Miller. The company he mentioned sounded something like Sticky, but then he said YamCo instead? When I asked him to spell it out, he just ended the call. Pretty odd, if you ask me.

Lately, it feels like every call I get is some kind of scam, so now I treat even honest-sounding survey calls with suspicion. They might just be trying to collect bits of info to trick you later on with a more clever scam. Best to block unknown numbers and never give out your name, just to be safe!

Haha, I meant to say "I love my offers," not "office." So, there’s this survey thing, right? The second option lets you get your number taken off their list, but when you choose it, they put you through to customer service. And honestly, the person who answers isn’t even from England, sounds totally foreign. Anyway, I ended up just blocking the number!
