If it’s the company I’m thinking of, they call claiming to be your internet provider and warn you about some "suspicious activity" on your account, saying your service will get cut off in a day or two. Then they want you to press 1. Don’t do it, just hang up. They’re super annoying and have phoned me loads of times already, each time from different unknown numbers that I couldn’t track.
