Got a call from someone who knew my name, said they worked for a company that offers window and door installations. When I told them I wasn’t interested, they got really rude and just hung up. I ended up blocking the number straight away.

So this bloke sort of asked for me, but got my last name wrong by adding an extra s. When I asked who was on the line, they said it was ‘green funding’, trying to pitch some kind of environmental offers. I told them I didn’t know them and I don’t deal with cold calls anyway. I had a quick search and the only thing I found was a Facebook page for a company offering green finance to businesses. Not sure what was going on, but thought I’d share here just in case it’s dodgy.
