I received a rather dubious phone call today from someone purporting to represent Green Energy. I’m familiar with the company, yet I can’t shake the feeling that it was more likely a scam. What really raised my eyebrows is that the caller had both my complete name and address. Quite concerning, to say the least!

Got a ring on my home phone from that number, but I’ve never heard of anyone from that area code. I just let it go to voicemail, but no message was left - pretty suspicious if you ask me. Decided to check the number online and found this site. After that, I’ve gone ahead and blocked it. Cheers for the info.

Saw an unknown number ring me, so I just let it buzz straight to voicemail, didn’t bother picking up or anything. They didn’t leave any message either. After reading what everyone’s been saying here, I went ahead and blocked it. Cheers for the heads up!

I answered the call but stayed silent, just listening since I figured someone was there. Eventually, I said, "Alright then, what is it you want?" and right after that they disconnected. I've blocked the number now.

some bloke kept asking for mr or mrs #my partner’s first name#, i told him none here. he kept trying, even threw in my address to push through. after quite a few tries i managed to make him say he was with some green energy firm. i cut him off quick after that, not falling for the usual scam spiel.

As soon as I picked up, the caller hung up straight away. There was a lot of noise and people talking in the background, sounded like it was coming from an office or something like that.

Got a call out of the blue from a lady claiming to ring for Green Funding. I told her I’d already told them to stop calling me ages ago. She insisted this was the first time I'd not answered, which just isn’t right. Even though I’m on the TPS list, these calls keep coming through. Proper annoying.
