I noticed a missed call from this number on my Libyan mobile! Just to clarify, I am a British national currently residing in Libya on a temporary basis. I'm rather puzzled about how this entity managed to obtain our number. It seems this number is associated with a company in Exeter that conducts outbound calls to follow up with late payers. Their calling hours appear to be Tuesday to Friday from 9 am to 7 pm, and then on Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm. Interestingly, they don't seem to operate on Sundays. Quite mysterious!

I’ve been receiving calls from this Exeter number quite a lot lately. Oddly enough, it often seems to change to a withheld number from what appears to be the same company's call centre. Since this number is designated for outgoing calls only, they seem to ring me incessantly between 9:30 in the morning and 7:15 in the evening, six days a week, racking up an average of around twenty-five calls each day!
