Someone called claiming to be from the Green Alliance, saying their crew was nearby. The moment I mentioned I wasn’t interested and that I had already opted out of marketing calls, they just hung up on me. Honestly, I don’t get why BT hasn’t got a better way to block these annoying calls. I’ve maxed out all the numbers I can block on my phone!

I received a call intended for my grandmother, who sadly departed a decade ago. The caller claimed to be with First Energy Care in Oxford but had no idea who I was. When I inquired about how they obtained my number, they mentioned that I had completed a survey towards the end of last year. I was baffled and pointed out that it was impossible for that to occur, given that my gran had been gone for ten years.

Around half ten in the morning on 12th March 2020, the phone rang but went straight to the answerphone and there was no message, only a weird silence which felt a bit off. I’m guessing it was some sort of scam call since we've been getting loads of dodgy calls like that recently.
