After that, we gave them a ring at the number provided and had a conversation with their director, who asked me to send over details concerning the PPI. I complied and forwarded the necessary information, but since then, I've heard absolutely nothing from them. Every time we try to call, we only get a bit of information, yet they’ve now gone silent and don’t answer our calls at all.
