i picked up the phone and some robot voice started telling me my broadband and landline were getting cut off because of some hacking thing they spotted on my ip address. it told me to press 1 to speak to bt or 2 for something else. yeah, i just put the phone down right away and called up bt myself to make sure everything was fine.
