Got a call from someone saying he was from the DWP, asking about my pension details. He already knew my dob and my mobile number. I told him my address but it was out of date by about a year. Then he wanted my pension number too.

I received a call from someone who claimed to be from the DWP, requesting details about my pension. They seemed to have my date of birth and my mobile number, even though my address they had was outdated by a year. The chap introduced himself as Geoffrey and was quite insistent on getting my pension number. Quite alarming, really!
