Someone rang saying they were from o2, offering to lower my bill. They then asked for the verification code from an o2 message I’d got. I told them the message clearly said not to share the code with anyone, but they got a bit aggressive and insisted the number was listed on the official o2 site. I checked myself and found nothing, so I said this and they just ended the call. Honestly, don’t ever hand over your code to anyone!
