7 yearsI’ve had a few calls from some robot voice telling me my card was charged £600 somewhere abroad. It said if I wanted to approve or block it, I should press 1. This has come through about three times now, each time from different phone numbers with various area codes. I never pick up, and it always ends up on my answerphone. They usually ring in the afternoon, so I reckon they’re after older folks who might be home then. My bank has never reached out to me like this.
