Got calls from this number a couple times, the last two digits kept switching up. They never bothered to leave a voicemail, so I’m pretty sure it’s just a scam.

01479300027 called me but didn’t leave any message on my voicemail. I reckon it’s one of those call centres making automated cold calls. Not going to pick up if they ring again since it’s totally unsolicited.

On the evening of 20.10.2025, this number rang my home which is a TPS ex-directory one. I let it go to my answerphone, but the caller hung up straight away without leaving a message or saying who they were. It’s just harassment and clearly some kind of scam. I’ve blocked this number and loads of very similar ones, but it looks like they’re cycling through a list of numbers. Honestly, I don’t understand how the ICO and other so-called ‘legal’ organisations let this go on. They seem useless to me, just wasting taxpayers’ money. It’s as bad as the scammers themselves.
