Got a call from a woman with an Asian accent saying she was from BT. She told me hackers were trying to mess with my router and said her BT tech team needed to access my computer to fix it. She even knew my full name and where I lived. I didn’t trust it, so I phoned BT directly using the number from their website, and they said it was a scam for sure.
