Got a call out of the blue from someone saying they were from BT about my slow internet. They kept pushing me to get on my computer to fix some "tech problem." The call was totally unexpected and the bloke had a strange accent. He didn’t even share any real details about my account or who he really was, just some made-up name I reckon. Felt dodgy from the start.
