A chap claimed to be from BT Openreach, chatting about my internet speed and mentioning how sluggish it was. He requested me to fire up my computer or laptop, but I explained that all I had was a tablet. Once I mentioned that, he abruptly hung up. It felt very much like a con, to be honest.
