Received a phone call claiming I owed £300 to Amazon and mentioned a money transfer that supposedly isn’t usual for my account. Definitely a scam!!!

Got a call from what sounded like an Amazon scam, warning about money transfer. The automated voice kept telling me not to press any buttons. If you do, expect them to ring you again to try and trick you further. Best thing is to just block the number right away.

Got a call with an automated message claiming my BT internet was involved in illegal stuff and that they’d cut my service in 12 hours unless I acted, threatening a big fine. It told me to press 1 or 2, which I didn’t do.
The funny thing is, my internet isn’t even from BT!
Clearly a dodgy spam call. I just ended the call straight away.
