01478 605714 I got a call from a woman called "Jenny" who said she was with BTOpen (I checked with BTOpen and they denied that). She was all about my slow internet connection. She seemed clueless about where I live and refused to confirm my name or even the start of my postcode, but still asked to access my router! You could hear loads of voices in the background, like some call centre chaos. BTOpenReach calls come from the UK, not India, so watch out!
