11 yearsI’ve recently come across this phone number linked to a chap my sister encountered on the internet. He rings up but struggles to articulate himself in English, and frankly, his manner is quite rude. He doesn't even bother to introduce himself! It’s rather alarming, and I'm worried that my sister hasn’t grasped that this kind of behaviour is decidedly unusual for decent blokes. I've attempted to block the number, yet it states that blocking isn’t an option. If anyone has advice or can lend a hand, I’d be ever so grateful.
