I received a call today from Premium Genie on this number, attempting to reach my mother - luckily, I was available to take the call. They were keen on promoting some insurance from Engaged Mutual aimed at those over fifty. However, the caller had mixed up my mother’s date of birth and was rather evasive when I pressed for simple information, including their website. When I seized the conversation, they begrudgingly provided a link to the FSA after I insisted on their details and also a company registration number that turned out to be nonexistent. Eventually, I was connected to a so-called 'manager' who at least could provide a proper website. I've firmly requested that our information be expunged from their records, warning that we would escalate this if they fail to comply.
