Some bloke rang saying he was from Engi Power, claiming they handled our electric bills. He wanted to chat with our accounts person. I mentioned I’d looked up the number while we were talking, and it didn’t match the official contact for our supplier. He then tried to convince me he could just provide the correct number right there. I told him there’s no way I’d talk unless he was calling from the genuine number, and next thing, he just hung up on me!
