They told us to press 1 or stay on the line to talk to someone, but I’m not quite sure which. We've received around half a dozen of these calls, some quite early, like 8.30 in the morning. The weird part is, we don’t even have an Amazon Prime account, so how they ended up with our number is beyond me.
