This is Payplan calling. I was first sent their way by the CSA because of debts linked to joint accounts from my ex, but I turned down any assistance since I'd already dealt with it. Now they're ringing me a couple of times daily. Here's a handy trick: pick up the phone, and before they say anything, tell them you'll fetch your mum or dad, then just leave the call running and walk off. Trust me, they’ll stop annoying you pretty quick! Handy hint for anyone dealing with this!

This number keeps ringing my mobile, asking for my ex. They ring me about twice daily, switching between morning, afternoon and evening calls. The way they speak is quite brusque. The moment I say he's not here, they quickly say something like "I'll ring back later" and then just hang up. I barely get a chance to tell them it’s my phone and not the person they want. Got a call asking for "A*****" (which is me), but the person wouldn’t say who they were or what company they were from, just kept saying "we've done business with you before." When I told them I couldn’t hear them clearly and asked again for their company name, they kept dodging it. I warned them I'd hang up if they didn't say, and when they still refused, I ended the call.
