Got a call claiming to be from BT about some weird stuff happening on my internet. I hit 1 just to mess about. The guy then started saying BT supplies internet to other companies too. I said my contract’s actually with a different provider. He goes on saying they’re calling from London! Told him to prove who he was by giving my name, cos I knew he was talking rubbish. Ended up him shouting some nasty names at me before slamming the phone down.
