Got a call from this number out of the blue, really annoying. Wish there was a way to block these kinds of unwanted calls altogether.

Got a call from this really chatty bloke telling me I’d been in an accident sometime in the past three years. I joked, “Should I be wearing trousers for this chat?” Didn’t go down well with him. He got a bit annoyed and started to get shouty. I fired back with, “I got a bit of a paper cut last week, reckon that counts for anything?” Guess what, he just hung up! The caller said it was from Accident Claims Line - total telemarketer pest.

Exactly the same thing happened to me. Got a call from a bloke with a Liverpudlian accent, using a local number, saying I’d been in an accident. Well, have I? Doubt it.
