So this person rang me saying they were from Virgin Media tech support asking if they could get access to my phone. I could definitely hear a busy call centre going on with voices that didn't sound local. Weirdly enough, when I checked the number by calling 1471, it showed a local area code to my town. Bit dodgy if you ask me.
