Got a call from a woman with a really thick Indian accent saying she was from Sky's refund team. The accent was so strong it was hard to understand her properly. Problem is, I don’t even have Sky! Felt like one of those dodgy scams trying to blag my bank info. Just ended up hanging up straight away.

I got a call saying I had a refund of more than £200 waiting on my Sky account. But the moment I said something about it being a scam, they just hung up on me.
