Got a call from someone claiming to be with BT Openreach saying there was an issue with my broadband. I told them there wasn't any problem, plus I actually work for BT myself. When I mentioned I'd report the call, they quickly ended the call.

No voicemail or anything, showed up as an international number on one of my phones and as 01475743776 on the other one.

At first, the caller seemed quite pleasant, going on about some issues with my computer and how BT supposedly detected signal problems. She asked if I was close to my router, and when I asked why, she claimed BT manages all internet providers via the motherboard. That’s when things took a turn for the worse. I told her she was just spinning her wheels, and that’s when she rudely told me to f--- off, to which I replied in kind. That was the end of that.
