Got a call from someone claiming to be from TalkTalk. As soon as I told them I don’t have an account with them, the person on the other end, who sounded foreign, just hung up abruptly.

Received three calls yesterday, on the 15th of November, 2017. The first one was just dead air on the line, so I ended the call. I chose not to pick up the second ring. When the third call came through, I only caught a few muffled words before they disconnected. Today, on the 16th of November at 8:31 in the morning, I answered with a "hello," but they promptly hung up again. Quite peculiar behaviour, to say the least!

Some person with a strange accent called saying there was an issue with my Sky account, which I don’t even have. I told them I’d call the police if they didn’t stop. I’m going to report this call to my phone company.

They called but hung up straight away. Seems like they want you to call them back, but I wouldn’t bother with that.

They rang me three times in two days, but everytime I picked up, they just hung straight away.

Got a call at 7:50 in the morning, then another one at 8:59, and lastly at 11:44 AM - but each time they just cut off the call.

I got a call at 7.06am from a private number, someone claiming they were from TalkTalk saying there was an issue with my internet. I asked why they’d ring so early and told them I didn’t believe they were genuine and that I’d report them to the cops. They hung up straight away. Then at about 8.45am, the same number rang again with the same spiel. I told them I’d already had a call from them this morning and I was reporting it again. Definitely don’t trust these calls or give out any info to these scammers - they’re just a massive pain and a total waste of time!

My landline rang twice within an hour and each time, as soon as I answered, there was just silence and some weird background noise before the caller hung up.

This morning at around 8:30am I got a call from a lady with an Indian accent claiming she was calling on behalf of Talk Talk about my broadband. I told her I was listening, and then she just dropped the call! This wasn’t the first time either - they rang again earlier today. Lately this number has popped up a few times on my phone.
